Welcome to MSM

We have managed some of Denver's premier and historical communities for over 25 years.

Founded in 2000, Market Street Management is a local boutique community and property management firm specializing in building spaces throughout Denver's urban corridor. Today, we manage more than 2.5M square feet of residential, retail, office, and mixed-use properties across the city.

We believe great management is equal parts art, science, and business, bringing people, buildings, and lifestyles together in ways that strengthen our community. Our clients’ businesses, homes, and shared space represent significant investments.  And just as importantly, the places our locals and out-of-towners spend a significant amount of time in, call home, and build their livelihoods. We respect and treat these places accordingly.

Commercial and Mixed-use

On the commercial and mixed-use side, MSM brings decades of experience developing and maintaining urban properties with the owners and tenants in our thriving business community. The MSM team oversees facilities and financial management, project administration, planning and forecasting, and the day-to-day needs of those who spend time in these spaces. Our commercial team offers tenant management, rent collection and reporting, and consults on and manages tenant buildout improvements on behalf of the owner. 

Building Engineer and Maintenance Department (BEM)

The essential services of our managers, operations, and accounting are key in our services. One thing that sets us apart in the Denver market is our in-house building engineer and maintenance department, which gives our clients tighter cost control and faster, more accountable service than outsourced alternatives can offer. The BEM team treats each assigned property as their own, and serves as another set of eyes for the manager team and the property stakeholders. Often, the BEM team is the first to identify a new need within a property and is the first one on site should an emergency arise. 

Residential

On the residential and HOA side, MSM has guided many associations through the critical transition from commercial to residential conversions, developer control to homeowner governance, and the common onboarding from other management companies that our communities felt were not quite the right fit. In every engagement, we lead with clear communication, timely follow-through, and the flexibility to serve each property and Board on its own terms.

Our Team

Market Street Management was founded and built by the late Rick Doris, whose vision and dedication to Denver's historic urban properties continue to guide the company today. Following Rick's passing, ownership remains in the Doris family with a new local partnership, carrying forward the values and relationships that have defined the firm for more than two and a half decades.

Our in-house team of managers, operations staff,  accountants, and building engineers works closely with each client to deliver bespoke services tailored to their specific wants and needs. The MSM team focuses on member experience, property management, asset planning, day-to-day maintenance, and long-term capital planning. 

  • Director of Community and Property Management

    Denisha Jones is the Director of Community Management for MSM, bringing a thoughtful, people centered approach to leadership and community management. With experience in Real Estate and HOA management, she is known for her ability to build strong relationships, communicate with transparency, and guide communities with professionalism, care, and confidence. Denisha is passionate about creating positive experiences for boards, homeowners, residents, and the team she leads.

    Her leadership philosophy centers on building trust, fostering meaningful relationships, and empowering the people around her to succeed. She is passionate about supporting and developing her team, creating an environment where collaboration, accountability, and exceptional service can flourish. Through thoughtful leadership and a commitment to excellence, she helps communities thrive today and for years to come.

    Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
