Market Street Management founded its property management services in 2000, and provides boutique management services to our clients specializing in historic, mixed-used spaces in the Denver urban corridor. Newly renamed and wholly-owned by Rick Doris, Market Street Management currently manages approximately more than one million rentable square feet of retail, oﬃce, mixed-use and residential condominium units for our clients.

Market Street Management has an expert staff of property managers, building engineers, accountants and administrative staff who are well informed about the operations of all of the company’s management properties. Our management services are developed individually to meet our clients’ needs, and they incorporate everything from asset and property management, to maintenance and capital planning. Our commercial property management is infused with our company’s experience and passion for developing exceptional urban properties with dynamic tenant mixtures and productive business communities. Also making Market Street Management unique in the Denver market is our in-house engineering department that provides greater cost control measures that is shared with our clients.
We are proud that we currently manage some of Denver’s premier residential communities. We have in-depth experience at association management as well as creating associations as they are transferred from the developer to the association.
